Grundfos, one of the major manufacturer of heat pumps has installed 3 INTERTEX vertical lifts "TOWERMAT" in their logistic and shipping center in Bjerrinbro& Denmark.

Here they handle the worldwide shipping of orders by commission the different orders and store them temporarily.
The pallets and wodden crates will be handled in& out of the TOWERMAT via fork truck.
|
|
|
|
The safeness of the items is guaranteed via a lift& sag station which ensures the correct position in the cassetts.
The selection of the wished pallet is done via bar code while riding a fork truck.
That reduces the handling time drastically as the driver doesnt have to get off the truck.
|
|
|
|
This guarantees an effective commisioning.
All TowerMat are linked onto SAP.
